Getting Vetted for The Black Dog

Please read all of the information below. Incomplete applications may not be considered.

The Black Dog requires that everyone who attends play party events at The Black Dog be fully vetted. For the safety and benefit of all of our guests, we take vetting seriously.

We do our best to expedite the vetting process, but your application will not be processed overnight. If you do not receive a timely response from us, please check with your references before asking us — most requests are held up by references who do not respond to our inquiries.

Please be sure to contact your references prior to listing them below to make sure they know why we are reaching out to them. For references, please include local individuals, ideally those who have been to events at The Black Dog and who you have met in person.

If you have been to any non-play party events at The Black Dog, such as discussions and group meetings, include those with the events/venues that you list below. Attending at least three such events will help you qualify toward full vetting.

The Black Dog requires Covid vaccinations and boosters for anyone who attends. We do grant medical exceptions. Please contact SlantSix if you have questions.
